I chose to do this because I am a teenager myself , I suffer from depression and anxiety and struggle with day to day , I am currently studying Highers and I love to write so I would really love to share my tips and advice with you my lovely readers . if you have any tips or advice of your own drop me a message and you might catch yourself in one of my posts .

yes I could have picked to do a typical magazine but you know technology these days , not very many people pick up a newspaper anymore , they seem to just check apple news .
I am a teenager myself as I have said, I go through a lot of things that make me struggle from day to day which might be relatable to any of you reading.
